Heather Maizels - Executive Director, Barclays Private Bank

Heather Maizels sits on the Advisory Board of Barclays Private Bank having previously led the creation and growth of the UK Private Banking business. A Cambridge University Law graduate and former barrister, her financial experience was gained with investment banks advising government, corporations and institutions as well as individuals and their families.

As Barclays Wealth Director, Heather Maizels is responsible for the Client Life programme which includes Art Wealth. Art Wealth provides objective advice and management for established collectors as well as new entrants into the art market covering both the UK and international client base. Art Wealth includes the wider Arts and also Arts based philanthropy.

Heather Maizels is a member of the Royal Institute for International Affairs, committee member of the National Gallery, Patron member of Judge Business School, Cambridge University, founder Trustee of the Institute for Philanthropy and former Trustee of Oxford University Law Foundation.
